Enjoy the best from the region
At the breakfast buffet in the Badehotel Belvair you start the day with wonderful food from the region. Enjoy bread from the baker as well as honey from the village, cheese and meat from the region and eggs directly from the neighbouring village. Freshly brewed tea, coffee and egg dishes can be ordered from our service staff.

«Il gust dal süd» at lunchtime
You can also enjoy the Mediterranean creations of our chef, Vinicio Guedes, in the Bistro Belvair at lunchtime from 12.00-14.00. Under the motto «Il gust dal süd» - the pleasure of the south, you can expect light dishes with Mediterranean flair. In the afternoon, the bistro is also open for coffee and cake.

When the little hunger comes
After an active day of hiking, skiing or swimming, the stomach is usually rumbling well before dinner. That's why the Bistro Belvair offers a small daily snack buffet from 4 to 5 pm with sweet and savoury snacks to satisfy the small appetite.

For dinner, our kitchen team under the direction of Vinicio Guedes will spoil you with a refined menu of light Mediterranean cuisine. You can enjoy the menu or individual courses à la carte or as part of the half board.
You can also book the half-board package in advance for the entire duration of your stay, with dinner already included.

For wine lovers
The Valentin Vinoteca offers a large selection of about 800 wines. You have the option of having your wine selected in the vinoteca delivered to the restaurant for dinner. For this, you pay the retail price in the vinoteca and a service fee.
Change of restaurant
All our guests who have booked half-board receive a CHF 40 reduction on à la carte consumption in the Belvedere, GuardaVal, Restaurant Nam Thai or Bistro Belvair. Allergies and food intolerances can be taken into account with early booking.
Late riser breakfast
There is nothing better than having a good night's sleep, but then you usually miss breakfast, which is always so nice during the holidays. Why not order our late riser breakfast or ask at the reception about a late check-out and stay a little longer with us?
