Particularly sustainable dishes
In order to make our sustainability measures visible in our restaurants, we have compiled a catalogue of criteria for particularly sustainable dishes.
Radius: All products that originate within a radius of 100 km from our establishments can carry the label.
Labels: Products with a recognised organic label (e.g. BIO, BIO Suisse, EU-BIO, BIO-Knospe) and/or Demeter certification qualify for the label.
Culinary/cultural heritage: Dishes whose craftsmanship, recipes or products are 100% part of the cultural or culinary heritage of the Alps can carry the label.
If a dish on our menu fulfils one of these criteria, we label it with the «Per nos Futur» leaf. In future, we will also extend these labels to our wine list.
You will also find our «Per nos futur» label on other items in our hotels. For example, on our writing blocks in the rooms and in the seminar rooms, which are made from recycled paper.
