Mineral water degustation in summer

Sabina Streiter, certified Swiss Water Sommelière®, takes you into the fascinating world of Unteregadin mineral water. You will learn valuable facts about the variety of mineral waters and can practise the art of sensory analysis. There are also exciting food pairings with regional specialities. During these excursions, you will immerse yourself in the history of Scuol-Tarasp-Vulpera with its natural mineral springs.

After the guided tour through the cure park in Vulpera, you will explore the various natural mineral waters together with Sabina Streiter. Do they taste savoury or sweet, slightly salty or tart? This is followed by a food pairing with recent or sweet specialities from the region, which you can taste in combination with the waters - exciting experiments for your taste buds.
