Cross-country skiing (skating) & fascia yoga weekend
Would you like to dedicate a weekend to skating and your yoga practice with like-minded people in a motivating learning environment - and have lots of fun at the same time? Then the cross-country skiing (skating) and fascia yoga weekend with Muriel Hüberli and Tanja Renner is just right for you.
Book nowGoals: Group for beginners and returners
Cross-country skiing: We learn and consolidate the basic steps of the skating technique and will glide along for the first few kilometres.
Fascia yoga: After the activity on skis or in preparation. Learn to consciously work with your body to reduce or increase elasticity and flexibility, depending on the next activity. We get our skating muscles and joints into flow!

- Requirements: A good basic level of fitness (endurance) and enjoyment of movement
Goals: Group for the advanced
Cross-country skiing: We will refine your skating technique and you will be more aware of the different types of stride. This will allow you to be more efficient and save energy and enjoy your favourite sport even more.
Yoga: After exertion on skis or as preparation. Learn to consciously work with your body to build up or reduce tension and flexibility, depending on your next activity. We get our skating muscles and joints into flow!
- Max. 6 participants
- Requirements: You already have experience and basic knowledge of skating skis and can - with minor interruptions - skate at your own pace for 45' - 60'. You have a good basic level of fitness and perhaps you would like to take part in a cross-country skiing event (but this is not a must!).

Friday, 3 January 2025
- Individual arrival, check-in from 2.00 pm, if necessary, collection of rental equipment
- 6.00 pm Welcome and dinner together
Saturday, 4 January 2025
Group beginners / returners:
- Morning: Skating lessons (approx. 2.5 hours)
- Afternoon: Fascia yoga (1.5 hours)
- Later afternoon: free time
- 6.30 pm Dinner together
Advanced group:
- Morning: Fascia yoga (1.5 hrs)
- Over lunchtime: skating lessons (approx. 2.5 hours)
- Late afternoon: free time
- 6.30 pm Dinner together
