Our terms and conditions for seminars
Prepayment
We ask you to pay 50% of the projected turnover in advance up to 15 days before the start of the event.
Cancellation
Cancellation* must be made in writing to us and is only valid after receipt of our written confirmation of cancellation. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. Online form: www.erv.ch under School and Course Insurance.
Cancellation of the entire event
For groups, seminars and events from 1 overnight stay and from 8 persons:
- Earlier than 29 days before the start of the event, we charge CHF 80 administration fees.
- From 28 to 1 day before arrival we charge you 80 % of the forecast turnover.
Cancellations by individual participants
Cancellations of individual participants within the confirmed event will be settled exclusively with the organiser:
- Up to 15 days before arrival: free of charge*

14 to 1 day before arrival: We will charge you 80 % of the booked arrangement for forwarding to your travel cancellation insurance (usually included in your credit card provider's contract). Only for direct bookings: If you have not taken out travel cancellation insurance, we will take out the insurance for you! We will charge you 80 % of the booked arrangement. After receipt of payment, you will receive a voucher to redeem for your next stay, minus CHF 150 administration costs per booked room. The voucher can be redeemed for all hotel services or consumptions in all hotels of the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY. The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue and is non-transferable.

24 hours before arrival, no-show or early departure: We will charge you 80% of the booked arrangement for forwarding to your cancellation insurance.
* Only valid for 30% of the booked rooms. If more than 30% of the booked rooms are cancelled, the remaining cancelled rooms will be charged at 80%.
